Quest Love Letter problem.

Hi.

Im having some problem to complete the Quest Love Letter.
I followed the quest marquer to a statue of the Husband of Andraste crying, and then nothing happens or apear. The quest say i need to deliver some Ferlandris to a tree in a hill, but i dont even know what ferlandris is.
Anyone know what to do? I really have no clue.
