I'm afraid I need to ask about another desktop I found. It's a decent Black Friday deal and I hoped it would be enough to play Inquisition. Would that be alright:
AMD FX-4300 Quad Core Processor 3.8GHz (4MB Cache)
8 GB DDR3 RAM
Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
NVIDIA GEFORCE GT 610 1GB (which I can switch with the GeForce GTX 650 I have atm, not sure which one is better).
It's a really good deal so I hope for a fast answer .. and hopefully positive one :P

The GT 610 is garbage. Probably worse than the more recent of the Intel IGP chips. You would need at least a GT 640 to be better than the minimum card. There is a relatively large jump from the low performance GT 630 up to the entry level game playing level of the n40s / n50s of desktop cards.
With a GTX 650 for this game, you ought to be able to use that PC just fine.
