Qunari Inquisitor gets a helmet instead of vitaar for the Winter Palace

In the beginning of the quest Wicked Eyes and Wicked Hearts Qunari Inquisitor gets a hat which (s)he is supposed to wear in the Winter Palace but (s)he can't equip it. There is a Blossom Vitaar in the game files that looks like what Qunari should get instead.
