Qunari missing some skin complexions after yesterday patch
So I wanted to create a female qunari today and I noticed that some of the skin complexions are missing. There are 15 options while some of them are the same. I remember there were some freckles when I first created a character. Might it's the patch's fault. Just reporting, not a big deal for me :P
Yup, this is a known issue. In the meantime the workaround posted here might help.
