You piggy backed a comment into a thread in another forum that not only is so old, you had to dig very deep in the message graveyard, but it has a rather erroneous subject line, since not only are there no Game Advisers available on our website, there is also no access available here for any of us to use any EA long distance system.
The Game Advisers are only found at EA's Help Center Offices:
FYI, we do have a CM who works here weekdays, using the local ID "EA_Tom".
But... the EA Game Advisors will not be able to do anything about your character having his/her gender misidentified in-game.
As was already suggested, either don't worry about it, or start over.
