Re: Cant load nor continue DAI game after synchronizing

@SarkyTheBear The error popped up in Origin, and gave you a choice between cloud saves and local files?

First thing you should do is go and check your save folder ([User] >My Documents > Bioware > Dragon Age Inquisition > Saves). You can also get an idea of whether anything's on your cloud by hovering over the game in Origin and pressing the button, going to the cloud storage tab and seeing how much of your cloud storage space is being used. Come back and let us know what you find.

In future, if you get this error on PC, the first thing you should do (before choosing an option) is backup your local saves ([User] >My Documents > Bioware > Dragon Age Inquisition > Saves), as people have had issues with losing all their saved games by accidentally clicking on the wrong option (backing up your saves is probably a good thing to do every now and then, anyway. Things happen).
Basically, this error pops up whenever the data in your cloud saves doesn't match that in your local saves, which may have been caused by your cloud saves not syncing the last time you played (such as if you lost connection to the internet, or you quit Origin without giving it time to sync), if you used the save game editor (as you would have created a new save file newer than anything in your cloud) or if something happened to wipe out either your cloud or local saves. It is possible to lose your saves if you choose the wrong option.
