I can’t do the gate myself I need some help 

I hate to tell you this but you are probably screwed.  There's a glitch that has never been fixed.  I tried over and over and watched video after video at You Tube and the gate will NOT open for me.  The entire module was buggy and had performance issues.  I'll never pay for additional content from EA again.
