Re: Character customization page won't load

Whenever I play the game, the audio lags. It skips kind of like a record with a scratch. Also, when I get to the character customization screen, the character's image doesn't show up. I can click on options to customize it but that doesn't do much because there's still nothing there. Sometimes when I click between options on the customization screen there are small flashes of light in spots on the screen.

Your computer is below the system requirements.

Intel HD Graphics are not supported.

You have a dual core processor and this game requires at least a quad-core.

If it's been less than 24 hours since you first launched the game, you can request a refund.

If you want to play the game on PC, you should buy/build a PC that meets the following system requirements:

Windows 7 or 8.1 64-bit

AMD quad core CPU @ 2.5 GHz or Intel quad core CPU @ 2.0 GHz

4 GB RAM

AMD Radeon HD 4870 or NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GT with 512 MB Graphics Memory

26 GB Hard Drive Space
