ok have something that may help some of you. Talked with Sony support. if you highlight the game in the PS4 version of the XMB and press the options button on your controller a menu will pop up with one option being "information" click on that and it will show the download process. Thought mine was complete and it wasnt i was only at 30GB of 44GB. Hope that helps some people.
