Community Manager@TangoNoir I see that Steam has an Ultimate Edition that has a lot of DLC in it. I also see just a DLC bundle you can purchase. Did you get this one, or did you get a different version on Steam?

I have the Ultimate Edition.
Adding here that if I open the EA app and go to DA2 and click manage then add-ons it shows The Black Emporium DLC but says to "manage on Steam".
That is the only DLC mentioned on the EA app and none appear in-game.
Community Manager@TangoNoir Okay yeah if you own it in Steam it should always say that. All mine do I own there. When you go into the game itself, You logged in with the same EA Account linked to your Steam account.
I just download it, and when I went in the game, under the DLC section I see installed DLC listed there. Does yours show this or is it showing not installed?
DAO did the same with the Ultimate Edition. When you right-click on the game, go to properties, and under DLC, do you see it listed there as a bundle or do you see it there are all listed as single DLC downloads?

One update: I downloaded and ran all of the DLC .exe files and nothing happened except for now the Black Emporium works, which is the only DLC that shows up on the EA app.
Community Manager@TangoNoir Does your purchase history in Steam show Ultimate Edition, or standard edition? You should see either a bundle under the DLC or a list of all DLCs.
Can you take a look at this link and do the same thing with one of the DLCs and just run it from this link?
@EA_Shepard Wait a second. Is the DLC for DA2 just not accessible via EA Play subscription only? This only just occurred to me, but it would be weird because DAO came with all of the DLC.
Community Manager@TangoNoir That means you have a different version of the game than the Ultimate Edition. If there is more than one edition available for players, it will say purchase rather than buy because you don't own that specific version or it isn't entitled to your account.
Since it was through Steam, we won't see that purchase or have the ability to modify that one. You would need to reach out to Steam and have them look at your purchases. I would reach out to the here and see if they can take a look.
