Don't use Parallels. Get bootcamp running with a copy of Windows. You will need to set the resolution below medium, and the animation speed may be disappointing. In my opinion, Notebook Check tends to be somewhat overly optimistic in general.

the website says that expected fps should be around 30, i would understand getting 17-20 and it would still be ok for me. but i get something that is no more than 1!

As noted, no official support is extended to either the Parallels VM, nor to your video device, sorry.
