Re: DA:O - Awakening missing DLC

@RueRookie

Try to repair the game.

(Origin: Game Library > Right-click the game cover > Repair)

(EA app: My Collection > Click on the three dots on the game cover > Repair)
(Steam: Game Library > Right-click the game > Properties > Local Files > Verify integrity of game files.)

Finally! First time repairing didn't work, but reinstalling it and then repairing it seemed to finally do the trick! Thanks

Dragon Age Origins: ultimate edition: I have the same problem except even if after reinstalling and repairing through steam, I went straight to EA for same result. Exept EA shows error msg about problem with download. ( no error code just stop's downloading, after continuing download doesn't start)

All DLC's ( add-on's or whatever) are shown as installed yet I don't have them in the game. No other campaigns, no blood armor, no stone prisoner... nothing.

I have tried basically  every position way I found on EA and steam forums. Nothing works.
This has never happened to me. It worked perfectly fine on Origin tho.

Is it just me or does the EA app actually breaks most of games in my steam library?

    Please clear your temp files:

      • Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time
      • Into the new window, type or copy & paste:  "%temp%"   (Without the quotes.) > hit "ENTER"
      • Now your Windows Explorer should have brought you to the "C:\Users\>your user name<\AppData\Local\Temp" folder. > Delete all files and folders in it.
(If some files or folders can't be deleted, reboot and try again.)

    Then:

      • Go here and download "Revo Uninstaller". (The freeware version, Portable version works too.)
      • Run "Revo Uninstaller" > Uninstall EA app.
      • At the end of the main uninstall, Revo will ask you which cleaning method you want to use. > Select "intensiv" > Browse.
      • If "Remaining registration content found" is displayed > Select All > Delete > Next
      • When "Remaining Data and Folders" is displayed > Select All (Make sure the "Origin Games" folder is not in the list) > Delete.
      • Restart the PC > Download the newest version of EA app > Install EA app.
      • Restart the PC > Repair again.

    Thank you...

I tried it and unfortunately it did nothing. Just to be sure I wanted to reinstall the whole game (with deleting all data) but that led to another problem... I couldn't install it.  THAT  led me to "problem with download" msg again.

So I did some digging... For some reason EA app shuts down my wireless connection (wifi and BT).

I don see ea in premises for wireless connection settings.

Every time EA shut down connection I reconnected. Rather than Installing it for 20 minutes with all that I had to do it took me 12 hours.

Just another reason for me to hate ea app even more... -_-
