You need to copy the "ncs" files to different locations as well.
Edit: Also, ""runscript additem gen_im_misc_backpack.uti 2" would only work if you use "AddItem Script - Console" and not "AddItemWithMaterialImproved 1.1 "
@holger1405I wasn't aware these are different mods. Since you replied to my post I thought the link you sent refers to the same mod.
Anyway, I removed the files I originally used, added the AddItem Script - Console files in all 3 reqjuired folders and now it worked. Many thanks for your help! :-)
