So how do we "dbug" the game, so i can finish it?

If you have defeated everything, do the yellow circles around your party still exist, in other words is your party still considered "in battle"? If so, there may be a lone monster lingering around. Typically they can get stuck behind an object or something. This is usually the case for progressions that seem to cease. I would advise just taking a full survey of every little place for a possible glitched monster.
