Re: "Deft Hands, Fine Tools" door not opening despite already having the perk

PC yes, mods no. I restarted the game and unequipped the Ring of Doubt and it fixed a couple bugs I was having, this one included, so. I'm just annoyed I had to quit and restart the whole thing bc it takes a while to load on my machine. :/
