Literally the category you are currently in. You need to have invested four points in "secrets".

I'm not sure what you find confusing.

    So you're saying you have to invest a minimum of 8 points total?

    I'm saying you have to invest 4 points in secrets before you can get "deft hand, fine tools". Not sure where you're getting the 8 points total from.
