Is the out of range message coming from the game or your hardware? A quick google search suggests it might have something to do with your refresh rate being set too high for your monitor, it could be a DAI specific setting, so I'd check the graphic settings in the game and make sure that's set no higher than 60 Hz.

I'm guessing the out of sync message has to do with your cloud saves? First thing... Make a backup copy of your My Documents > Bioware > Dragon Age Inquisition > Save folder, just in case. (Some people have had issues with their saved games disappearing, so might be an idea to do this on a somewhat regular basis). What does the message say?

I have the refresh rate at 59 Hz. I'm thinking this has to do with Nvidia driver update. It was working fine prior to update, then started crashing. I did see that Nvidia rolled back this update, so hoping it will work today.
