DA 2 is actually my fav of the franchise because of party dialogue and HUD. Yes, EA cut a year off the game’s development which lead the redundant locations. It’s why DA:I got an extra year in development and we got a cookie cutter Inquisitor but a ton of races to play but with some amusing dialogue and Act ! Was clearly meant for Hawke with the reveal that Cory was the bad guy...you see when you play Destiny.  Good hook on that one. Plots structures are my thing in real life. That being said, Destiny is a fun hard playthru and worth it if you want to go badass.

Mark of the Assassin is more like the Winter Palace. It’s fun and longish but not difficult. You’re not going to add too much to the story, though you might try to romance her. It’s whimsical and fun. If your playing nightmare there are a few fights where you do have to take your time positions everyone or come back for it for some minor skirmishes you are not prepared for yet. A couple of spoilers and a subplot if you bring along Isabela, who’s just damn handy for DPS.

If you want some nightmare action but better gear for the main playthru, but the limited edition playthru. You can find some on ebay. GameStop doesn’t stock the sku, but it comes with the DLCs if I’m not mistaken.

After the intro you get some awesome gear. Two levels I think plus starting gold of 25 or 50 to jump start you.

If they are all pricey just wait a few days, someone will well one cheap (I’ve scratched a disk and bought them for friends). Completely worth it. There’s no codes to active...comes with the game. Ocassionally, you’ll find one with MassEffectBlood Armor if you want Shepard/FemShep bashing bout through MAss Effect II Wearing Hawke’s Blood Armor...as a soldier...which is effective for a while and d@amned funny.
