This item can be unlocked for free under Rewards in the Career section of the Dragon Age Keep or available as a free download under the Extra Content tab in Origin.
Edit: In Origin it's listed in the Dragon Age 2 Promotional Pack.
I did the dragon age keep I request to unlock and got it unlocked in the keep but when I log in to dragon 2 on my Xbox series x via backward compatibility I don’t have the staff unlocked. I don’t play the game on pc so that’s not a option.
@sundance31usIt worked I had to go under Xbox and unlock it from there I had it unlocked on pc but had to unlock it for Xbox because I I thought unlocking unlocks for all platforms but had to manually put it in for what platform I was using it. Ps. Can’t wait to use my staff of parthalan it looks so cool.
