I've got the exact same laptop (MSI GX70 Destroyer).

Fps is low and like Sogoken said, changing the configuration doesn't really have an impact on fps. But for me personally, it's playable.

I'm more concerned about the fact that my CPU goes to 100% when i'm playing Dragon age and stays there whole time. (Dragon age itself is around 90%)

So I was wondering if anyone has/had the same problem and knows how to fix this?

CPU usage is just the game itself, either badly optimized or just that much of a resource hog. Only thing you can do to help it, is to cut down on all background processes and go offline to cut down on load of cpu. It will still run 60-90% on average when playing the game, even if most stuff cut off.
Only hope really, to lower the game cpu usage, is to hope Bioware can release a patch to fix some optimizations and lower the load.
