You mean the controller is connected to windows but the game does not recognize it?
What are the game settings? Have you switched the input controls to controller and not keyboard?
its an xbox one controller it works on all my other games even mass effect andromeda and i used to use it to play dragon age inquisition like a month or less ago it worked. i set it to keyboard and mouse when it didnt work. i updated windows i deleted my profiles changed a setting unplugged it and plugged it back in then turned the game back on and restarted my comp several times. controller works on everything but dragon age inquisition and i had not changed any settings or drivers since it worked on the game before it just stopped recognizing that a controller is hooked up when in dragon age inquisition. It doesnt even give me the option to change it back to controller says i have to have a controller connected to change to controller.
