The only time you need to be online to access the keep it right at character creation, once that is done, you can be offline without issue from then on. IF you can't be online at that time, then you are stuck with stock/default world.
question is why is it a basic half assed bs world that you didnt help piece together via "default" option? if bioware would stray this far off from its normal footing then I say we should all go back to games that allow playthrough data, I dont see the reasoning as to why EA/Bioware pulled a slackers job once more just to suite their needs.
first with mass effect 3 with the lazy half assed ending, now with Dragon age 3 with its lazy half assed playthrough data. if you ask me its starting to get old with the lazyness and stupid start and finish repeats.
Bioware allow playthroughs from former games, Im pretty sure many people are getting annoyed with your lazy half assed *. fix it or the players can fix your budget.
