When you log in, do you get to the next screen that says proceed, or will it give you an error before that page? When you change devices, are you also changing browsers? If you are logged into the browsers, they all share cached data with themselves, so if you were on Chrome logged in for example, went to another device, it would keep trying to load that cached data.
