Hi @semverheul123. The 4GB patcher should be applied to the file daorigins.exe, with a default game install this is located in the following folder - C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Dragon Age\bin_ship

So when you run the patcher and it asks which file, just point it to that folder and you should find the correct file. If you installed to a different folder than the default location, then it will be different from above but there will still be a bin_ship folder with daorigins.exe inside.
