@EA_Shepard Man, it's a shame there's still no response. We write to the EA live support team, they say we need to write to the forum and they end the conversation without allowing us to express ourselves. We write here. Although it is a problem experienced by many of the most supported people, no feedback is provided. This is a real disgrace.
