Re: [EA app] Dragon Age Origins missing from library

@SeaL_the_FatE If you own the game itself in Steam, it doesn't actually require the game to be listed in the EA app for you to play. You would only need in the EA app if you wished to launch the game from that launcher.

I did a fresh install of the game through Steam, and as you can see, it does not show up in the list, and when you go to the page, it shows as needing to be downloaded.

Unless you specifically need or want it in the EA app, or you are having issues with the game not launching, having it in both is not necessary. There are some games like Mass Effect Legendary Edition for example, that will because it is a newer game and it will say play through Steam if you have it installed through Steam.

Cheers!

So it is not necessary to purchase second time DA:O in EA App? Will the same stats and saves be recognized by DA2 afterwards?

@SeaL_the_FatE It it not necessary to purchase it again no. Since it is connected to the EA account itself, everything would still be there for you!

    Cheers!
