The following solution was provided in the BSN for a similar issue:
Open your saved game stuck in the cell with the console. Here's the reference for that if you don't know how: dragonage.wikia.com/wiki/Console run the Wending Wood debug script: runscript zz_trp_debug - Wending Woods/ Silverite Mines Choose jump to location and choose the Architect's lab. This gets you out of the cell and allows you to deal with the rest of the immdiate area. As far as I can tell, everything is back to normal, I hope.
