Re: Help!!! My game won't load!!! Playstation 4 disc game!!

I have seen one other person have this kind of issue on the PS4....he found a couple smudges on the play disc and once they were cleaned it ran fine.  I don't know if this is the case with yours, I hope for your sake it is so simple.  I am sorry, I don't know enough about the new PS4s to offer any better idea.  Good luck and I hope you get it worked out.
