@MysticCryptic You just need to include that warden in a World State. So go over to the World States section of the site, then make sure the warden is included in the current World State, or create a new World State in one of the empty slots if you want. Finally just make sure you set it as the active World State (drag it into the center box at the top of this section) in order to edit the Tapestry for that World State.
My warden and Hawke don't show up in the tapestry/Keep at all. I have none to select.There's nothing there at all. How do I get my Warden and Hawke to show up?

Dragon Age Origins Server has been down since July. EA has not given any indication as to when it will be fixed.
What you can do is recreate your Warden's choices within Dragon Age Keep. Obviously, that sucks, but that's the current solution.
I think that the only thing that you miss out on is having the correct portrait Image of your Warden in the Keep.

DA2 should be uploading your version of Hawke to Dragon Age Keep.
Have you had any trouble connecting to the DA2 server?
Have you looked under the Heroes tab in the upper left on the DA Keep site?
@JanePhoenix yes, same Account.I think I figured it out but I'm not sure. I have to go over and pick all the changes that my heroes made by hand, either way.
