Re: Hour-long loading times in Dragon Age: Inquisition for PC?
I'm using an aging 2009 Alienware Aurora, with a 2.6 GHz Intel Core i7 processor, 9 GB RAM, an Nvidia GTX 260 video card with ... maybe 1 GB of video RAM, and two hard drives with a good amount ot space left on them.
The game ran fine for me last night after I gave it lots of time to load, so I didn't change the video settings at all. (I changed the audio settings to nighttime mode and added subtitles, because I was playing at 3 in the morning, but that's probably irrelevant.)
Earlier that day, I'd played The Sims 3 and Marvel Heroes 2015 with no problems at all
I left Origin verifying the game's files, and I'll double check that my drivers and stuff are up to date, just to be sure.
