Re: How do I get the unlockable downloadable content?

@destroyerofmars1 To confirm did you use a code to unlock the promotional gear or how did you unlock them?

Also to confirm, if you are signed into your EA account in-game, does making a new game show the items now?

i pressed the "Request Unlock" button on the career rewards for the items because according to the wiki article for the downloadable content in Inquisition "However, several of these items can now be unlocked directly through the Dragon Age Keep" so I figured that like the exclusive promotional content in DA:2 you needed to "Request Unlock" on the career rewards to access them.

HI @destroyerofmars1 It looks like the rewards tab on Dragon Age Keep can help if you have account-unlocked or freely available items that aren't showing in-game, but won't help for some items, in this case, the ones unlocked by relevant 3rd party codes."
