Thank you for spending the time to inform other players who might have the same issues. It's worth it, because, even with a good/ok PC, installing games can become a real headeach sometimes and this helped.

The OP is now over two years old. Limiting the FPS as it describes will break the game as of Patch 5 (or-so).
