The tactical camera is an element in the game and cannot be disabled. If you're on PC, you can rebind its hotkey to something you're unlikely to ever press, and at that point it may as well be disabled.
If you're on console, you're out of luck.

unless you use your mouse wheel to zoom, then inadvertanly go into tactical. SO is there any way to disable the tactical from mouse wheel? I
dont mind using tactical view but, only when i want too, not every single time i zoom to max.
