DA2 only recognizes events from/choices made in DAO and DAA.  There are no plot-flags from GoA or WH that are used in DA2.

So if you played only DAO and GoA, then only your "world end-state" from DAO will be imported, although you can select one of your saves from a character that finished GoA.
