Re-install free Dragon Age: Origins

I want to refresh my Windows 8.1 OS computer, and it says I'll need to re-install my copy of Dragon Age: Origins once I do that. But I got my copy of DA when it was offered for free awhile back, and after logging into the Origin customer portal I'm not finding a GUI to download the game.

How do I reload my copy of DA after I refresh my OS?

The copy of DA should just show in your Origin My Games page as normal. Try logging into the client using any alternate email addresses that you use, then check the My Games section again.
