Re-install of Dragon Age Origins Ultimate edition

Origin stopped working and I lost the ability to open Dragon Age 2 and Kingdoms of Amalur-Reckoning.  I also lost all saved games on Dragon Age Origins Ultimate.  I loaded the Dragon Age 2 disc and while it was reloading Origin installed again.  I now have the games that are in My Games back and running, but Dragon Age Origins seems to have lost all the extra download packs, including Awakening.  I have tried to re-install it from the disc, but to get the complete package it is asking me to use the redeeming code.  However, as I have already used this at the time I bought the game, your site will not let me use it again,  Can you please help?  Thanks.
