I really hope they offer an offline solution by the time DA4 comes. The constant Keep downtime is very disappointing.

If not, they might as well just streamline it like in The Witcher 3, where only a handful of imported choices matter, so you can select them through dialog if you don't import (or play on console where importing is not even an option). It takes away some depth, but it also makes the game future proof. Besides, if the next game is in Tevinter, the world state of the first three games shouldn't affect the story all that much.
