I had similar problem. I downloaded Jaws and Trespasser at the same time. Trespasser was on war table. Jaws was not.
Solution: "repair" DA:I by right clicking on it from Origin software. After repair, I restarted game. Still no Jaws.
I then logged off from the Origin program, and then relogged on. I then "played" DAI, and it then downloaded something before starting. After restarting Jaws was option on wartable.
So in sumary "repair, by right clicking DAI icon in Origin. Log off/sign out from Origin. log back into Origin. play DAI.
