@EA_Shepard Thank you for your reply!
Went back to the keep, renamed it into "Majd" (the world state) - clicked on export.
I only have 1 custom world state.
Went back to the game, pressed new game - went through character creation still "default world state is there" without pop-up of importing a world state from the keep.
I'm attaching the screenshots of my screen.

@Dzpair I do make sure to log off the game (PS5) when making all these changes aswell

@Dzpair The "default World State" will always say that when you import it in the game. The name you see in game wont change. You can only change the name in the Keep.

Hi @MeralieBlackhand, Which game are you playing? Can you attach a screenshot of the message you are getting? Dragon Age Inquistion.
Unfortunately, the servers have been unavailable all day? Others seem to have the same problem.
I have already tried to fix the game by logging into Dragon Age Keep in the browser (that actually worked).
But you can no longer access the servers in Inquisition itself, it crashes immediately.- Dzpair9 months agoNew Traveler
@EA_Shepard Thanks again for your reply! 🙂
So, you're suggesting that my world state might be importing correctly into Inquisition, but it will still appear as "Default world state" because the name hasn't been updated? Is there a way for me to test whether the changes I've made in the keep have been applied into the game "With the default world state there"? I just want to confirm that the world state I'm creating in the Keep is actually being imported into Inquisition. After character creation, when I'm prompted to select a world state, the only option available is "Default world state," I don't get any pop-ups of importing a custom world state from the keep.

Hi @MeralieBlackhand, checking now! Do you have a link to any other threads I can have and check out? - EA_Shepard9 months ago

@Dzpair So yes, the world state no matter what - in game, will say world state!
The only way to test it is to go to the keep, import the one you want, lock it, load up the game, and just start as normal. As long as you get an import successful you are golden.
Sadly I haven't seen a way to test out what your saying. The options for an import are real limited. This is why I rename them on the keep. This way I know which one I'm importing.

@MeralieBlackhand Tested a new game, and a save. Both connected. How long has that been down for you? I can ask about it but it may be a bit and I need more players and links showing the same thing you are getting.
I am playing on the Xbox and I'm having the same issue with transferring from the keep to DAI I tried what you said and I've been doing it for multiple times over a few hours now and it will not transfer a World state over it just keeps giving the default setting and saying to go to the keep to transfer

@heartsmaster5 I got it reported and the team is looking into it to see if there is an actual issue.
Is it giving an error when you import it, or is it simply just saying "default World State"?
It seems to be working as intended but not transferring any of the data from the keep to the game and just saying default World state and to go to the keep to transfer World state to game
I am having the same issue on Xbox Series X, trying to start a new game but only option I have in game is default world state.
Below it says to Import a custom world state log in and visit the Dragon age Keep at https://dragonagekeep.com.
On the dragon age keep it says my world state has been imported to inquisition. And have checked my linked account it shows the same as my gamertag
In game it says I am signed in.

@heartsmaster5 So the name itself won't change. That is working as intended.
IF the data and choices you made don't reflect in the new playthrough but said it was successfully imported, that is an entirely different issue.
They are looking into it, so trying over and over may be moot for the moment.
What you could do is delete it, replay the keep, make sure all choices are done, save the new world state. Rename it in the keep. Then lock it and import it.
That may not have the effect you want again but if it does not, its the keep so they have look at it on the backend.
I tried to do that and restart everything by selecting everything in the keep again but it seems to not be transferring to the game on the console and I know it was working before because I had an old save I loaded that told me an old world state but now it is gone and only shows default World State when you boot up

@heartsmaster5 I will let the team know. I have a feeling its related to the other issues they are looking into.
- @EA_Shepard Thank you for helping and understanding the situation

@heartsmaster5 Of course. I love this series! I am always here to help!
I hope this gets resolved soon. I have the same issue.
When I played on my PS4 a few years back, it would prompt me to import a world state after selecting the difficulty option, and it will tell me the name, the time that the world state was created/finalized on the Keep, etc.
However, this time when I want to play on my new PS5, after I create a new character and selecting the difficulty option... nothing, no prompt to import, nothing. Just to choose the default world state.
- @EA_Shepard Has there been an update? Having all of these same issues everyone else is having on ps5
I'm also having this problem on PS5, can only choose the default world state, despite having a custom one loaded in the keep.
I’m having the exact same issue on Xbox series X. Tried multiple times to import yesterday and this morning, I’ve even uninstalled the game and reinstalled and tried accessing the Keep on browser or using a different world state, and I’m only getting the default option no matter what I try.
I noticed this problem when I re-download the game on my ps5 yesterday for an hour I tried to figure out why it wouldn't import, and when I tried again today still just getting the default world.
Hi! Having the same problem today on Xbox, it just doesn’t link my custom world state to Inquisition. Is there any solution?
please help me commander <3
