@GAM3G0D4455 They are working on a few issues with DAI and DA: TV right now. I know the nug has been an issue but today may be related to whats happening on the backend. I would give it time but honestly may have to start a new playthrough or reload a previous save. I get that's annoying but with saves, there isn't a way to mod it or update it.

If it just went missing mid playthrough, reloading a previous save, saving it as a new save - then just reloading the new one may work,

I'm having the same problem. When I go into the game it connects to the sever but the golden nug is missing with all my characters except one that is in Trespasser. When I try to use it with her it says "Failed to synchronize collectibles - Unable to connect to the dragon Age server. Please try again later."
