I'll tag onto your post since I don't see a thread for glitched quests. I'm on PS4 and cannot complete "the trouble with darkspawn" in the western approach. I figured out where I screwed up. In the quest I'm to track down "Servis" kick his you know what, then talk to him as he's lying on the ground post fight. I wasn't sure what was coming and was at low health so fast travelled to sky hold to re supply and when I returned, he was gone but the quest marker and progress are stuck at the point between winning the fight and talking to servis.
