None of those suggestions worked and I still can't navigate properly in the menus.

I had no problems playing the game when it was free one weekend, but after purchasing the digital deluxe game, it just became unplayable...

So just to confirm... You only encounter this issue in the character creator or the controls are weird later in the game as well? 🤭

starting menu, especially the character creator, and in certain menus in-game. The radial menus for conversations and pause work perfectly fine though.

It's like the game treats all menus like the radial menu. Moving up and down on vertical menus are extremely difficult and moving the cards and sliders to the left in the character creator is impossible.

Moving the inquisitor around seems to work as expected. That's as far as I got, the very beginning of the game to see if the problem persists.

I'm going to try to delete the entire digital deluxe game and just download the base game and see if the menu problems go away. If I can't play the game with the added content because of this problem, I would love my money back.

Well just removed the entire game and reinstalled, and now I definitely can't move in the main menu screen. I can't even play this game anymore. How did this not get fixed by EA yet?!
