Usually a Missing DLL error means that the game is having trouble finding a Windows system file. When you've got the chance I'd recommend trying the steps on this article from the EA Help website to see if that helps at all:

That can help recover some of the more common system files that may be missing. Let me know how that goes. Thanks!
