I wanted to shed some light on this as there seem to be a couple of things going on. Just about everyone who logs into the game will get this error.
What @holger1405 stated is correct. This error has zero bearing on saves or content in any way. This error is due to the player's "profile" stats and info being uploaded to the social.bioware.com website that no longer exists.
I have been working with DA for a long time and have verified this error with the games team multiple times. Since the website itself no longer exists, there is nowhere for that data to go so you get an error.
Missing/corrupted saves or DLC issues are entirely separate issues. There are issues after upgrading from Origin to the EA App with saves but not due to this error. If you are entitled to the content you have, as with any other game, and you are signed into the same EA account after launching the game, there should be no issues.
If you do a fresh install and you load up the game for the first time you can make changes that have bypassed that error for some players.
Uncheck upload character data and upload gameplay feedback and manually save this. Again, this may not work for all, but I tested it and it happened to work for myself.
