@Gam3rDio Delete your merged mod folder and your patch folder, then run a repair through Origin, see if that helps. 

I always made it a habit to delete the previous merged folder before doing a new merge, hopefully make this sort of thing less likely to happen.

    Thanks a lot, I didn't think that a simple solution like that would work. I will definitely keep that tip in mind for future modding.
