I kind of have the same problem. I can't move up on the menu at all and in the game I can't run unless I spin the camera . And then I only run a few steps. And this is my second copy. Have you had any luck?

I also bought Inquisition for the PS4 yesterday and I installed the update overnight and I was so disappointed to experience the same thing you guys are experiencing when I started playing the game this morning. Why doesn't EA have any reply to this????
