So pissed right now, i don't even feel like playing this game anymore. - Anonymous11 years agoThis works up to the point where I no longer get that message, but as soon as my game starts loading, I get this error: CE-34878-0. I "initialised" my PS4, losing EVERYTHING in the hope of fixing this issue, but to no avail. I'm very reluctant to stat DA from scratch in the fear of losing my saved games again. It's amazing that, in this day and age, these developers overlook the most basic functionalities of their games. I lost all those many hours, all my PS4 downloads, my patience and now my faith in Bioware. Well done guys, well done.
- Anonymous11 years agoTrying to get support from ea website to help with my problem and it saying waiting time is 15-20 minutes wait but nothing!! EA is just garbage and a waste of time, they just care about money and not there consumers.
ultimately what worked for me was getting a tech to call me and he had me safe mode my console (holding the power button for a beep) and then doing option 5 i think it was. Something about checking the database. ps4 did that I reinstalled the game (with internet turned off for the console) and then after it was done turning on the internet for it and letting it download the patch again. Its been working fine for me since then.

I have tried all of these solutions and none of them have worked for me. This is extremely frustrating and I have over 70 hours logged into this game. First it was the game-breaking Winter Palace glitch, and now this. WAKE THE **bleep** UP AND FIX YOUR **bleep** GAME, EA/BIOWARE!
EDIT: I have now solved one problem. What worked for me is turning off my PS4, unplugging the PS4 and leaving it unplugged for 3 minutes, then plugging it back and started the game. No longer receiving the "installation unfinished" message and I can now play multiplayer and load my saved games. Still stuck at Winter Palace, however. - Anonymous10 years ago
This worked for me too.
(After trying a lot of other methods).
Thanks.
- Anonymous10 years agohad the same problem and found a fix.
I assume everyone has PS+ so what I did was re-download my save data from the online storage (i had 4 files) and it asked if I wanna overwrite the ones on my system and I clicked yes. It took 15 seconds, I went back into DA and it continued.
Hope this helps some people! - OMG! This worked. For some reason the files I had saved in cloud storage worked but the ones I saved on an external USB don't! So weird! Anyway, you helped me. Thank you.

Just posting my own solution for any people who have this problem in the future. I put a new HDD in my ps4 and redownloaded da:i and all the dlc, but I was getting this issue on all of my saves after having beaten the jaws of hakkon dlc. I tried everything in this thread as well as lots of other things from other forums with no success. What ended up working for me was after redownloading the game, update and dlcs, I had to go the completed downloads list on the ps4 menu and click on the jaws of hakkon dlc (or all of the downloads one at a time just to be sure). this started up da:i and magically solved the issue for me. If nothing else worked for you, hopefully this will.
