Nope, I double checked Origin and all the DLCs are downloaded. ☹️

    @LizardTime If you ever used mods your patch number would have been increased, what number(s) have you been trying to set in package.mft? Note if you are using mods it's the package.mft in the merged mod folder that you want to be higher 🙂

    Gosh I didn't even remember that I had mods downloaded because I hadn't used them in my original playthrough. ^^

    Looks like that's the issue too, since I tried loading early saves of my first game and they worked...

    I tried changing the package version number in the merged mod folder from 10-20 with no luck...

    Just to check, do you currently have mods installed?

    If you do, you need to change the package.mft number in the merged mod folder, not the patch folder.
