Calm down, man. They're part of a new collection - the Descent's version of "Bottles of Thedas". You don't do anything WITH them. The "point" is to collect them and put them on that table. And you of course get a bit of EXP/Influence for finding them all. And speaking of, I'd be interested to know where you actually found Wraith Blood, because I missed it somehow.

Unfortunately I didn't realize that finding a mug would make it appear on the table  Next time I play it I'll make a note where I found each mug. But when you find a mug it doesn't tell you which one you found so I guess you have to go back to camp and see what mug just appeared.

The only collection I wasn't able to finish was collecting the gears in the Ruins of Heidrum Thaig.....I was only able to find 19/22.

You can find the Wraith Blood Mug on the 2nd floor where you do the Builder's Tower puzzle. Destroying the crates in the room exposes a doorway to a cavern, where you will find the mug.
