Re: Two Origin IDs within one email address

When I heard about dragon age keep I logged in to create the background for my gaming experience in Dragon age inquisition. I did this with my origins account liked to a specific e mail. the same e mail linked to my psn.

I tuned on the PS4.

I installed the game and asked me to create a origins account.

I already had one so I typed the name. ( it didnt allow the e mail adress )

It said I could not do this because the name was already taken. ( obviously. I had created it before )

I typed another name. It did not asked me the e mail for this account.\

The world was set to default but I wanted my custom world.

I reset the pass for my original origins account and tryed to merge i tto an origins accont but it said it was impossible because it was already linked to another accont ( I presume the new name one ).

I tried to log in to the new account but couldnt because I had no password. I reseted it but there was no reset confirmation for this new accont on my psn linked e mail ( the same of my original origins account ). I have no way to acess it. ( I tried using the original origins pass on the new account. Did not work. )

I am assuming both accounts have the same e mail but the new account isnt working.

I want a custom world for my game experience. I also want both acconts to be linked, psn and origins.

A secondary issue is that I am living in Germany and hence have a german number, but I dont speak German, and all the information is in german.

How do I solve this?
